MiAL Spring/Summer Submissions Open







Deadline: Sunday 21st February, 12pm

Made in Arts London is now accepting submissions for our Spring/Summer 2016 Collection. 

Submissions are open to all University of the Arts London Students studying in any college, course, year and medium. 

All submissions are reviewed by our panel of industry experts, and every application receives feedback whether selected or not.

Cass Art Materials Grant







Deadline: Sunday 21st February, 12pm

Made in Arts London and Cass Art  have teamed up once again to bring you the Cass Art Materials Grant, a fantastic opportunity for one lucky University of the Arts London student to receive £500 in materials support.

The Cass Art Materials Grant is being offered in line with submissions to Made in Art London’s Spring/Summer 2016 collection, as this ensures that the recipient not only receives materials support but also the professional support of Made in Arts London to help them progress with their creative careers.

MiAL at The London Illustration Fair

MiAL & Metro Mentorship







LAUNCH TALK: Monday 9th November, 5:30-6:30pm Central Saint Martins, Room C303

Steve MacLeod, Director of Metro Imaging will announce the launch of a new mentorship programme with Made in Arts London for students in their final year of study at University of the Arts London.

This bespoke mentorship, will be awarded to one UAL student and will run from January - December 2016, offering tailored support and advice during a crucial few months of the winners’ studies.

MiAL Autumn/Winter 2015 Submissions Open







Deadline - September 20th 2015

If you are a current student or recent graduate from University of the Arts London you can now submit your work for the chance of becoming a MiAL artist. 

We welcome work in all mediums: fine art, design, illustration, video, performance, sculpture, installation, fashion and more. The only requirement is that there is some element of your work that you are happy to sell.

Collections are chosen by a panel of industry experts, and all submissions receive feedback, regardless of whether it is selected.

MiAL's Pop-Up Shop will be a fantastic opportunity to buy affordable and exciting pieces from some of London's most talented emerging artists and designers. Some come and join us!

Multiplied Art Fair: Contemporary Art in Editions 2014

Multiplied is the UK's only fair devoted exclusively to contemporary art in editions. This was MiAL's first year exhibiting at Multiplied, and included a fantastic range of work from students and recent graduates from UAL. 



London Illustration Fair

The London Illustration Fair is London’s freshest artist-led illustration, print and design fair, bringing artists and buyers together in a unique environment.

This year Made in Arts London showcased a selection of our incredibly talented illustration artists. 


'Concrete Island': MiAl at Affordable Art Fair 2014

MiAL showcased  14 of our artists at AAF 2014, exhibiting a varied range of artwork from painting, etchings, photography and sculpture. Camilla Brueton also created live drawing during the fair to create a stunning installation piece. J G Ballard’s novel, ‘Concrete Island’ was a key inspiration in this selection.

MiAL Independent Exhibition: Bigger Brighter Bolder 2014
